发货人、收货人和通知方需提供完整的公司名称、地址以及以下四项中的一项，并显示在提单上。
Federal Taxpayer Registry Code (RFC)
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Value Added Tax (VAT)

TAX ID

墨西哥当地的公司或者个人需提供邮政编码并显示在提单上。
如果是To Order 提单， 收货人不接受显示“To the Order" 、"To the Order of xxx", 只接受显示格式为"To Order" / "To Order of xxx "。
不接受以下包装单位：
Pallet (仅限于Milk/Milk Derivatives/Balanced food for cats and dogs/Additives and supplements for animal consumption/Viscera/Offal这些品名使用); Box Pallet; Pallet Box;  Paper Pallet; IBC; Container; Poly Container; Steel Container; Wire Container; Wooden Container; Plastic Film Bag; Plastic Bag; Skid; Bundle; Loose。

每个柜子的breakdown (Cargo Weight + CBM) 需显示在提单上。
